While Instagram was making latest update, a few hours ago some account passwords was reseted or require additional confirmation from account owner.
Please go to your Instagram account through the app on your phone and follow the instructions to change your password.
Then restore your account in a dashboard panel on our website, by clicking on "Login" button.
